After you have placed an order and paid using the online payment service Mollie (iDeal), PayPal or by bank transfer, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Pay attention; if you opt for payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed and made when the amount has been transferred to our account. This means that the delivery of your order can sometimes take two (2) or three (3) days longer than when the order is paid using iDeal or PayPal. In case you complete the order with iDeal or PayPal, your order will be sent to you within a maximum of seven (7) working days – see the heading delivery.
All orders will be shipped with PostNL (the shipping costs amount to €4,95) and will be sent with a track & trace code. This code can be requested by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Our 14k gold collection and our weddingrings will always be sent as insured packages. The shipping costs for an insured package amount to €9,95. All orders will be shipped in the original Bobini Roots packaging.
Because each piece of jewelry is handcrafted in our studio in Eindhoven, the process of making your unique piece takes some time. Our brass pieces will be sent to the shipping address within a maximum of 14 business days, our 14k gold pieces within a maximum of 21 business days. If your order exceeds the production time, you will of course be notified. If a specific delivery time is required, please let us know by sending us an email, our emailaddress can be found here.
Bobini Roots offers you a warranty of a period of 6 months on all jewelry. If your jewelry, under normal use and within the warranty time, breaks, you may of course return them. The shipping expenses are for the customer’s account. However, Bobini Roots will be reponsible for the expenses regarding returning the repaired jewelry to the customer. Before returning your jewelry, please send us an email (email@example.com), so we’re aware of your return and the service you require. The jewelry must be sent as an insured package in the original/well protective packaging and in a bubblewrap envelope. Please note that this warranty does not apply to jewelry of which the gemstones or crystals are broken. However, in the latter case please send us an email so we can find a suitable solution for this.
All jewelry from our brass collection may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We can only accept jewelry that hasn’t been worn and/or hasn’t been damaged. Jewelry that is made custom to your size or preferences can not be returned. This includes all custom jewelry with gemstones and our 14k gold collection. Jewelry that is sold as one of a kind can be returned, also within 7 days of receipt. If there are any questions regarding our return policy, please feel free to send us an email.
In case you want to return your jewelry, you can send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org). When you’ve received a confirmation email, you can send your jewelry – note that this must be within 7 days – back to us. Returns must be sent back as an insured package in the original packaging plus a bubblewrap envelope. Our address can be found here. The shipping expenses are for the customer’s account. A refund of the full purchase amount, will be taken care of within 14 days after receiving the return.
In order for us to proceed your order, we need your name, emailaddress, post address, payment details and your phone number. We will register, store and process your data in order to correctly proceed your order. In addition to this, your data can be used for a possible warranty later on. When processing your order, we provide the online payment service Mollie and PostNL the necessary personal information.
Bobini Roots offers monthly newsletters to keep you informed on offers, discounts, promotions and such. To ensure we have your permission, we use the opt-in system for our newsletter. A cancellation option is included in each monthly newsletter.
