After you have placed your order and have paid through online payment service Mollie (iDeal), PayPal or through a manual bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation of your order. Please pay attention; if you opt for a manual bank transfer, we will start with processing of your order after we noted that the amount is credited. An order paid with iDeal or Paypal will be processed more quickly.

Each piece of jewelry is made by hand in our atelier in Eindhoven and the crafting process takes some time. We aim for the following delivery times:

1.) Gift cards & Ringsize Guide: 1-2 days
2.) Ready to ship: 1-2 days
3.) All made to order jewelry: 1-2 weeks
4.) root to rise collection: 3-4 weeks

Please contact us/sent an email to hello@bobiniroots.com if you are aiming for a specific delivery time so that we can discuess the possibilities. We will try our best to meet your needs!

Delivery

We have a warranty period of 6 months on all our jewelry pieces.
In the unexpected case that a piece of jewelry shows defects resulting from normal use and within the warranty period, the customer can of course return it so that we can solve the problem. The costs for return shipping are for the customer. However, bobini roots will pay the costs for returning the repaired jewelry to the customer. Please note; before you ship your jewelry to us, we ask to send us an email to hello@bobiniroots.com, so that we are aware of your return shipment and the service you request. The jewelry must be sent by registered mail in the original/solid protective packaging.
NB; The warranty does not apply to jewelry with broken gemstones. However, if the latter is the case, please contact us so that we can find a suitable solution.

warranty

All orders are shipped with PostNL (or in some cases, Mikropakket) as an insured package that requires a signature upon receipt. The shipping costs for an insured package (PostNL or Mikropakket) are €9.95.
If you opt for the Track & Trace option of €4.95 - your package is not insured when it get's lost in the mail.

Once your package is collected by PostNL or Mikropakket, you will receive a Track & Trace code on the email that you provided when placing the order. Please make sure to be home when your package is delivered, especially in the case of a Mikropakket delivery.

All orders are shipped without a logo on the package, but always wrapped in our original bobini roots packaging.

Pick-Up
You can also collect your order at our studio in Eindhoven on appointment. You can easily shedule a Pick-Up here and we will make sure your order is ready to go!

sHIPMENT

Your purchase is final. Jewelry that is made to order, can unfortunately not be cancelled or returned.

Only jewelry that is sold as one of a kind, may be exchanged/returned within 7 days of receipt. We don’t accept any returns of jewelry that is worn (accept to try on). If you have any questions about our returns policy, please send us an email.

Please note; if you are planning to return jewelry, please send us an email to hello@bobiniroots.com first. Once you have received confirmation from us by email, we ask you to return the jewelry to us within a maximum of 7 days. Returns must always be sent by registered mail and in the original packaging to our returns address, which you can find here. The costs for return shipping are paid by the customer. A full purchase refund of the jewelry piece will be made within 14 days after we have received the return package.

Returns

To process your order we need your name, email address, home address, payment details and telephone number. We register, process and store your data for the correct processing of your order. In addition, your data can be used for a possible later warranty. When processing your order, we provide some personal data to the online payment service Mollie and to PostNL.
Bobini Roots offers monthly newsletters to keep you informed of offers, discounts, promotions and other news. To ensure your consent, we use the opt-in system for our newsletter. An unsubscribe option is included in every monthly newsletter.
Bobini Roots respects your privacy and private life, but requires some personal data to process your order correctly. In this privacy statement we describe what data we use and how we store, protect and process it. This privacy policy applies to our website www.bobiniroots.com (the “Website) and the services we offer (the “Services”). We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and, where implemented, with the relevant provisions under Dutch law (the “Relevant Legislation”).

The wrapping process gives us some time to say goodbye to the pieces we have created and to get them fully ready for their new homes. Just like the creating process, the wrapping process gets our full devotion! We love to wrap your unique piece of jewelry as a true gift - that builds up (even more) excitement while unpacking it.

All our jewelry comes in a solid black box with a gold bobini roots logo, and is wrapped with our custom made paper. Of course, a dried flower is added to come full circle. Did you know the dots above our logo, represent seeds?
